Saving Lives humanitarian project continues to support people of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast

Zelenodolsk and Apostolove communities have received about 4,500 food packages from Saving Lives project.

Zelenodolsk and Apostolove villages are located very close to the front line and are often subjected to shelling, so food assistance is of great importance. At present food packages are distributed among socially vulnerable groups of population: families with many children, single mothers, people with disabilities and the elderly. Food packages include cereals, pasta, canned food, condensed milk, oil, sugar and flour. The contents of the packages meet the caloric value recommendations of the World Health Organisation.

As part of Saving Lives humanitarian project 25,000 food packages have been provided to socially vulnerable groups of people and IDPs in Kryvyi Rih. Communities of Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Kherson oblasts have received 17,700 food packages.

Overall, Saving Lives humanitarian project has helped over 122,000 people since the start of the invasion of Ukraine.
