Programme Board established at FUNDACJA RAZEM DAMY RADE – DO IT TOGETHER Foundation
The FUNDACJA RAZEM DAMY RADE – DO IT TOGETHER charity foundation set up to implement the Saving Lives humanitarian project has established a Programme Council to monitor compliance with the general concept of the initiative, the agreed funding areas, and conformity to requirements. In addition, the Council will help enhance the reputation of the Foundation across Europe and engage new donors.
The new governing body has two professional European experts aboard, Maria Grimaldi and Horst Wiesinger.
Horst Wiesinger is a world-renowned expert in steel industry and the founder and CEO of Austria-based Horst Wiesinger Consulting, which has rolled out more than 100 projects worldwide over the past two decades. Throughout his professional career, he was President and CEO at Voestalpine Industrieanlagenbau, Vice President of the Board of Directors and CTO at VA Technologies, and became Chairman of GMK Center Supervisory Board two years ago. Horst Wiesinger holds a PhD from the University of Leoben (2000).
Maria Grimaldi is an expert in employment relations with a 30 years’ expertise in industrial and trade union relations, negotiations, and corporate risk management. Maria Grimaldi is a member of the Administrative Committee of the Bilateral Solidarity Fund, the National Institute for Social Security (INPS, Italy). She holds a degree in law and works as a consultant in employment relations and crisis management in business.
The Programme Council will improve performance of the Foundation and the entire initiative, thus helping to provide assistance to even more Ukrainians.
